Lady Cazalet has spent most of her day poised in front of an artist's canvas posing for a painting that is to hang in the great hall along side the many other art works of LeahJane's ancestors that all once resided in this very castle. Today marks the castles 250th anniversary and to celebrate the occasion LeahJane is holding a masked ball. All the towns people were invited to this grand event. Hundreds of lit candles filled the sanctum with a delicate and illuminating glow.

The great hall soon filled with singing and laughter as everyone was enjoying the evening festivities. Across the room stood a tall, dark haired man wearing a long coat of black velvet. The black mask he wore upon his face hid the identity of the man from all around him.  LeahJane did not recognise any of the features that his mask failed to hide.  His extremely pale skin, jet black hair and alluring smile were unfamiliar to LeahJane as she thought she knew everyone from the province.  Intrigued by this man she had to find out more. After speaking to many of her guests not a single person had any knowledge of mysterious man.

With a split second she had lost sight of him. As leahJane looked around the room hoping to catch another glimpse of the man a gentle tap was felt upon her shoulder. She turned to find the man standing before her, gazing down upon her with his vivid blue eyes. The man hands LeahJane a beautiful blood red rose and requests that she dances with him. Without hesitation she takes his hand and he leads her to the centre of the room where many of the guests were dancing. Shivers run across her body for his hand was ice cold to the touch. With his hypnotic eyes and alluring aroma LeahJane suddenly no longer cared about the coldness of his skin.

As the minstrels played and the wine ran free, Leahjane danced with the mysterious gentlemen well into the night. Time ticked away and dawn was soon approaching. Just before the sun broke upon the horizon the masked man leaned down and whispered "thank for such a wonderful evening my lady"then gently kissed LeahJane on the lips. Within seconds of that breathless moment he was gone. No one saw him leave, he just vanished. Children playing on the castle wall claim they saw a bat as black as night, fly from the castle grounds just before dawn. LeahJane laughed at the children's story and headed back inside to farewell the remaining guests that we heading home.

LeahJane hopes to meet the tall, dark and very mysterious man again.

From subtle and simple for a more elegant look as I have done for my elven princess through to a complete piercing set for a warrior of a lost realm and even for those of us that lurk on the dark side like a blood thirsty vampire that longs to feel the warmth of the sun on her pale cold skin. The piercings are unisex so they come in male and female size. The mesh piercings are very easy to adjust so you can fit them to your unique shape perfectly. Demeter romance

I recently posted a pic where I only showed a tiny glimpse of this dress and I had to do another post to show how stunningly beautiful this Demeter gown from Evie's Closet is. This is the MVW 2013 colour version, there is also a fall version available. Demos are available too.

Tortured for the sake of beauty

This is the result of my 9y/o daughter sitting down next to me wanting to dress my avi. I told her I was going to blog a new skin from a store called Glam Affair, she looked at me strangely and said "you can't take pretty pictures looking like that" talking about my normal dark looking Avi. I agreed to let her help. Big mistake! To my horror I had to remove all the tatts and piercings, couldn't even convince her to allow a simple dermal piercing on the upper lip. I feel so naked without my piercings. Sorry Darcy you lose out on this one. Had to then lose the creepy eyes, dye my white locks brown, remove all black clothing including the boots, I just wanted to cry. Then I actually had to put on underwear…lol. I was told we needed a dress. Kinda regretting having such a large Evie's closet folder in my inventory, we spent about 1.5 hours trying and retrying every single dress, even had to go to the store to see if there was anything else that we may have missed or looked better in a different colour. As for the beautiful Sylvia skin from Glam Affair with it's huge array of tattoo layer addons. Eyebrows, eye shadow, nose, cheeks, lips and lipstick we tried on every layer again and again till she was happy. O.O

There is no chance in hell I'd let this post go without creating a pic of my own (when my daughter went to bed). Sylvia, though a very beautiful skin for all you gorgeous women out there, it is also perfect for those of us that enjoy the more darker side of SL.

Sacred Opal Fae

I am on a search to find a Chrystaline Opal Fae which are apparently close to extinction. These extremely rare creature are nothing like the cute little mischievous fairies that live at the bottom of your garden.  

It is believed that these quaint colourful beauties with are elusive due to being so timid but if we are lucky and quick enough, we might just catch a quick glimpse.  

 These sweet and angelic creatures with a delicate soft glow live in tiny caves of snowy white, hidden just under the peak of the tallest waterfalls.

With a little persuasion and a very quick hand, look what I managed to catch. 

A sprinkling of fairy dust begins to fall as she froliced upon the palm of my hand. 

 Way too small to sink ya teeth into the neck of but shove one in your mouth and bite down and POP! they burst in your mouth with an amazing crackle and fizz.  Just like a packet of pop rocks. Fairy floss (cotton candy) flavoured wings dissolve the moment they touch your tongue. Mmmm....I could definitely go another one of these.

The majestic crimson

Elegant white steeds graze the grounds at Gehena.

So beautiful and strong.

 The loud pounding of their powerful hearts are like the beating of a bass drum. Enormous amount of warm blood flows through their lean sleek bodies, much more than that of a mere human. 

These majestic beasts have an unusually exquisite taste. Many vampires struggle to stomach the richness of their thick blood but horses do make a delightful snack for a vampire on the run.

Fantasy Faire - Evie's Closet

Evangeline Miles of Evie's Closet has done it again with the release of this absolutely stunning gown, Kie, at this years Relay For Life Fantasy Faire.  With a boned satin bodice adorned with a delicate lace, a flowing skirt and sculpted flowers (flowers not featured), this gown is just beautiful. It even makes my dark hearted self look and feel elegant, beautiful and very sexy.

I am wearing Kie in magnolia. It's available in 6 colours with Flax being the RFL version.
